RAD PDF 2.36 Released

Red Software is proud to announce version 2.36 of the ASP.NET PDF plug-in replacement, RAD PDF. This update to the ASP.NET PDF reader / editor / form filler / annotator features improvements for touch screen use in Microsoft Edge. PdfTextShapes now also support the setting of a horizontal alignment. This version also includes PDF JavaScript support for time formatted PDF form fields.

Version 2.36 includes a number of minor bug fixes and other enhancements.

This version is available free of charge to all RAD PDF licensees with an active RAD PDF Maintenance Plan.

RAD PDF 2.14 Released

Red Software is proud to announce the release of version 2.14 of RAD PDF, the ASP.NET PDF editor and PDF viewer. This latest version provides a improvements for using RAD PDF with touch devices. Additionally, text objects are now automatically rotated with their parent page, making it easier for users to add text in multiple orientations.

Client API improvements also allow developers to create even better RAD PDF integations. With the new append() method, web applications can script the addition of pages to a document. Additionally, the new highlightColor object property allows form fields to be highlighted with the colors the best fit the web application.

This release also includes several minor bug fixes and is available immediately.

This update is provided free of charge to customers with an active Maintenance Plan.

Red Software is proud to announce the release of version 2.13 of RAD PDF, the ASP.NET PDF editor and PDF viewer. This latest version provides a improvements for using RAD PDF with non-iOS touch devices. Additionally, long documents can now optionally be truncacted, allowing web applications to simply open only the first few pages of a long document. This release also includes several minor bug fixes and is available immediately.

This update is provided free of charge to customers with an active Maintenance Plan.
